Jocelyn Dooley

My passion is helping clients navigate one of the most important, and occasionally, stressful decisions of their lives, buying or selling a home. Having recently been a first time home buyer myself, I understand the confusion and stress that comes along with entering the buying process and I want to help others minimize that stress with my knowledge and guidance of the market.

I bring local market knowledge and strong negotiation skills to every transaction, with the goal of helping my clients achieve the best possible results. Whether I’m working with first-time buyers, investors, or clients relocating to the area, I provide personalized guidance and support every step of the way. I believe real estate should feel less overwhelming and more empowering, and I’m here to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

I was born and raised in Chicago before moving to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University. As a Texas Tech alum, I’m proud to call Lubbock home and give back to the community that has given me so much.

Before real estate, I worked as a Parole Officer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, where I developed skills in communication, problem-solving, and advocacy that I now bring to my clients. Outside of real estate, you can usually find me at a Texas Tech sporting event, at the gym, exploring Lubbock with my dog, or trying a new brunch spot.
